Programs & Services
Whole-Body Healing • Empowerment • Restoration
Purple Light Touch Foundation provides trauma-informed, community-based programs designed to support women and girls who have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, trafficking, cancer, bullying, homelessness, and other life-altering trauma.
Our programs address the full impact of trauma, mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical because healing cannot be complete when the body is left behind.
Program Overview
ur services are built on a whole-body healing model that recognizes trauma as something the body remembers, not just the mind. Through therapeutic touch, education, mentorship, and practical skill-building, we help participants move from survival to stability, and from healing to empowerment.
Core Programs
1. Trauma-Informed Therapeutic & Medical Massage
Physical Restoration & Nervous System Regulation
Many women carry trauma in their bodies for years without support. Chronic pain, inflammation, fatigue, anxiety, and illness are often the body’s response to unresolved trauma.
We provide trauma-informed therapeutic and medical massage to:
Reduce chronic pain and muscle tension
Support nervous system regulation
Improve circulation and mobility
Help the body release stored trauma
Support recovery from long-term stress, injury, and illness
All services are delivered in a safe, respectful, and client-led environment, with informed consent and sensitivity to trauma history.
2. Trauma Recovery & Healing Education
Mind-Body Awareness & Emotional Healing
We offer small-group workshops and classes that help participants understand:
How trauma affects the brain and body
Why unresolved trauma can lead to illness and chronic conditions
Healthy coping tools and grounding techniques
How to reconnect safely with their bodies
These sessions are educational, empowering, and designed to prevent retraumatization while restoring dignity and self-worth.
3. Life Skills & Empowerment Classes
Stability, Confidence & Self-Sufficiency
Our life skills programs support women and young girls as they rebuild their lives by addressing:
Self-care and boundaries
Confidence and identity restoration
Emotional resilience
Healthy decision-making
Practical tools for daily living
These classes create a foundation for long-term stability and independence.
4. Business Education & Economic Empowerment
Breaking Cycles Through Opportunity
Financial dependence is a major barrier for survivors. We provide business education to help women:
Understand business formation (LLC or nonprofit)
Develop mission statements and business plans
Learn basic operations and compliance
Build confidence as entrepreneurs
Participants are supported through mentorship and education, helping them move toward economic independence and sustainable futures.
5. Mentorship & Resource Coordination
Guidance, Referrals & Ongoing Support
Purple Light Touch Foundation provides:
Individual mentorship
Resource coordination
Referrals to trusted community partners
Ongoing encouragement and accountability
We work alongside other organizations to ensure participants are not navigating recovery alone.

Why Whole-Body Healing Matters
Trauma does not disappear when it is ignored. When the body is overwhelmed and unsupported, it often manifests as illness, chronic pain, heart conditions, autoimmune disorders, and emotional distress.
Purple Light Touch Foundation addresses what is often missing in recovery services:
physical healing as a critical part of trauma recovery.
Healing the mind without addressing the body leaves women stuck in survival mode.
We restore the body so true recovery can begin.
Program Outcomes
Participants report:
Reduced pain and physical symptoms
Improved emotional regulation and clarity
Increased confidence and self-worth
Greater stability and hope
Movement toward independence and long-term healing
