Our therapeutic and medical massage services support the body’s natural healing process by addressing pain, stress, trauma held in the body, and mobility limitations.
Services are trauma-informed and client, centered, focusing on:

Empowerment Mentoring & Life Skills
We offer supportive mentoring for women navigating major life transitions, including recovery from trauma, domestic violence, and personal loss. Mentoring focuses on rebuilding confidence, self-worth, boundaries, and personal direction.
This service is educational and empowerment-based, grounded in lived experience and compassion. one-to-one and group mentoring for women who are navigating:
Life after domestic violence or abuse
Major transitions and rebuilding confidence
Emotional healing and self-worth
Purpose discovery and personal growth
Our mentoring is supportive, practical, and rooted in lived experience, meeting women where they are, without judgment.

At Purple Light Touch Foundation and Val-u-u Heal • Speak & Transform, our Community Healing & Empowerment Services are designed to support women and young girls as they heal, rebuild, and move forward after trauma, abuse, domestic violence, illness, and life-altering circumstances.
Our approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and rooted in dignity. We believe healing happens when women are supported emotionally, physically, and practically, without judgment, pressure, or unrealistic expectations. These services exist so no woman is turned away and no journey is walked alone.

Our business classes support women who are ready to explore entrepreneurship as a pathway to independence and stability:

Product-Making Workshops (Lotions, Oils & Natural Products)
These hands-on workshops teach women how to create natural lotions, oils, and wellness products while learning safe formulation basics. The workshops are both therapeutic and skill-building, helping restore confidence and provide income-generating opportunities how to:
