Our workshops are non-clinical, educational, and survivor centered. Participants are never required to share personal experiences. Emotional safety, dignity, and respect are at the heart of everything we do.

Valerie Kelso, Founder of Purple Light Touch Foundation, is a trauma-informed educator with over ten years of experience supporting women and young girls impacted by trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse, homelessness, and life-altering challenges.

Valerie’s approach is grounded in compassion, boundaries, and empowerment. Her work focuses on education and healing without retraumatization, creating safe spaces for individuals and communities to grow stronger together.
